**Make sure you are at Crystal Shores WEST which is directly after Crystal Shores. Crystal Shores is not our property.**
As noted in the description please remember it is our top priority for you to enjoy the beach as soon as you arrive. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and trash bags have been provided to get you through the night without having to fight the crowds at the store. **You will need to provide the additional supply of items for the rest of your stay. If you notice any issues/malfunctions and/or the unit is not cleaned to your satisfaction when you arrive, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so we can address the issue in a timely manner.

Plan on checking in at 4:00. If your vacation rental is ready prior, you will be notified.
**The parking pass and wrist bands have been left for you in the condo. Please wear your wrist bands while on site per HOA guidelines**
- To UNLOCK door: The code is sent to you in the check in email. To lock- the deadbolt INSIDE the door must be turned horizontal.
- Pool Access: For pool access please wear wristbands. Pool code is sent to you in the check in email.
- Please do not put sandy towels or other beach items in either the washer or dryer without first shaking them out thoroughly since it has been our experience that sand will often clog both the washer and dryer resulting in both appliances becoming inoperable.
- Please note that our condo is a pet free, non-smoking unit.
- As a courtesy to the next guest, please be sure that all kitchenware (esp. the pots, pans and cookie sheets) is properly cleaned and free of food/baked on food prior to your departure.
- Please also note that if the south sliding glass door(s) and/or any of the windows are open and the front door is open(ed) simultaneously, this often acts as a “wind tunnel” with an immediate surge of air thru the unit.
- The owner and previous guests frequently leave beach items for others to enjoy. Feel free to leave items you do not wish to take with you as well. Do not take beach items you did not provide with you as they are an added luxury for future guests.
- TV- We have satellite TV. *Bonus-Living room is a Smart TV, you may enter your own Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc. Just make sure you log out of your personal accounts before the end of your stay. Please return tv’s back to the satellite option for next guests.
